Versaphile : this is the home of the Stargate Rec-A-Thon, an archive devoted to nothing less than the best the fandom has to offer.
fanfiction.net and its sister site adultfanfiction.net : are comprehensive multi-fandom archives containing hundreds of thousands of stories. FF.n has rating restrictions involving stories with a rating of NC-17 as such AFF.n now contains most of the stories that were removed for having NC-17 content.
